Hurricane Ian

Hurricane Ian made landfall in Florida on September 28, 2022. To date, Volunteer Florida Foundation collected over $63 million in donations for Hurricane Ian relief through the Florida Disaster Fund. In partnership with the public sector, private sector and other non-governmental organizations, the Florida Disaster Fund supports response and recovery activities by distributing funds to service organizations that will assist individuals within their communities with disaster response and recovery.
